Daniel Carr owns and operates Blue Line Realty L.L.C. (a division of Archuleta Real Estate, L.L.C.).  Daniel is a licensed Realtor and Insurance Agent (Blue Line Insurance, L.L.C.) in New Mexico.  Daniel has a law degree (J.D.) as well as fifteen years of experience as a police officer.  Daniel has also been a Real Estate Investor in the Albuquerque market for over ten years.

Daniel is married and his wife (Emily) works as a Physical Therapist for the State of New Mexico Developmental Disabilities Waiver Program.  Daniel and Emily spend their free time hiking, skiing, mountain biking, and enjoying the outdoors with their two boys and two rescue dogs (Miss Cleo and Big Otto).  Daniel also coaches basketball and is also an avid trail runner.  He can often be found running 30-40 miles a week in the Albuquerque Foothills trail system.
